    2. Kia ora Deborah, For the Kickstart activity it is important to watch the Learn videos first. Then make a copy of the slide deck. On slide three there is a paddock that is 5 x 10 squares. How many equal sized sites can they have for putting up tents? If your tent sites are 1x1 squares, how many tents could you fit on this site?

      Once you have worked this out go to the next slide and you do the same but this time make your tent sites bigger e.g. 1x2 squares or 2x2 squares etc. You could use different colours for each tent site.

      On slide 7 and 8 a toilet block has been added which takes up 1x2 squares of space.
