  • Create a kowhaiwhai either using this template  or draw your own on paper - rotate the koru to create your repeating pattern. 

Share  

Share your kowhaiwhai on your blog, either by embedding your Google Drawing, or by taking a photo of your drawing. 


Tell your audience about the kowhaiwhai you have created and what it represents.

  • Create a kowhaiwhai either using this template  or draw your own on paper - can you rotate and or reflect (flip) the shapes to create your panel.

  • Tip: Look in the Draw toolbar to flip objects

Share your kowhaiwhai on your blog, either by embedding your Google Drawing, or by taking a photo of your drawing. 

Tell your audience about the types of symmetry you have used and what your panel represents.
